I Am Hungry

Already. Part of it is because I know I am not allowed to eat today.
We dropped to 38 F overnight. I didn't think it was supposed to cool off that much. And it is still raining. That was an all night thing when it got started.
Right now I have some peace and quiet. Hubby is in town but shouldn't be gone to long. The critters are all snoozing.

It must be your prep day..so much fun...not! I don't p lan to ever have another colonoscopy. I will just take those over the counter tests. I will just do one if cancer is indicated..Good luck! if it was me, I would be drinking vodka and Sprite.

Did you have any storms? There were tornado warnings in northern Ohio last night.
I know how you feel: I just ate, but if they told me not to eat anything else today I’d be starving.

Try to find something interesting to do or something you really enjoy. Keeping your mind off food usually helps. Drink lots of water, too.
We're back up to 70F already.
I know that when we are not allowed to eat, it's when we get hungry. Keep busy.
