Do you brush before or after eating?

I do Brush my teeth before eating breakfast. i believe it would protect my tooth enamel and overall oral health, compared to brushing after eating. What do you think? Is this the right one?

I would brush after eating to get rid of the food particles and to freshen my breath in case I had something smelly like onions or garlic. I don't like to eat of I have a minty taste in my mouth, so if I brush in the morning, I have to wait a while before I eat breakfast.

You can still brush after eating again.

I don’t think it matters too much. I tend to brush my teeth before I eat.

I usually brush my teeth after eating. First I floss between my teeth and then I brush.
