Caravan here I come ……

Oh I have waited ages and ages to go to the caravan.
I closed it for the season at the end of October and we are going down this weekend to open up for the new season.
I have missed it so very much.
I truly would live there if I could.
Who wouldn’t love to be able to walk on the beach every day … have a relaxing way of life ….
This year I plan to collect shells too …..
Is there something that you are looking forward to ?

Pretty and I are both looking forward to going swimming in the lake this summer. Of course, it won't be warm enough to swim in until sometime in July, but we can still go down to Cape Fair and eat at the family restaurant any time after the middle of May. (They make the best gizzards and roast chicken! I won't get to eat my fill of gizzards this year but I can eat their delicious chicken. I'm not allowed to have internal organs anymore. Breaded and fried gizzards were always my favorite part of a chicken.

@Traceyjayne I grew up on a farm. Dad and mom both taught us to eat everything from a chicken except feathers, head, feet and most of the entrails. I like hearts, gizzards and liver if they're cooked correctly.

I'm looking forward to house-sitting for a week soon. It will be good to do something different.
