Oh for goodness' sake...(and Good night!)

It's 11:17 by my computer clock, and I've been home maybe five minutes.
I went to the ER, against my own wishes. I got an I.V. put in, hand to have a "pee" test, had some blood drawn--and in between things while waiting I finished the book I was reading.
At the end of it all, it turned out I had a UTI.
Glad it wasn't something worse, but...
My first, and as a doctor or nurse said, hopefully my last.
I have papers describing the meds I have been prescribed, and I'll try to pick them up at the pharmacy tomorrow.
Bleh. Not the way one would want to spend a Friday evening.
"Good night" from here, and I will "see" you myLotters when it's tomorrow here in California!

Thankfully, when I took my first dose of medication today, I could tell it was working.

It's a never ending cycle when you have to go to the hosp
they always have a needle waiting for someone at some point

I've been in and out of the hospital since I was born. Still don't care for needles, but they don't bother me as much as they used to at all.

...and I'm wondering if that was meant to be a pun?

See, you really did need to be seen. I am glad you went. Follow the doctor's orders and you will feel better soon.
