Frozen

I see that my bank on the site is frozen.
It has remained at the same amount for the majority of the day today. Yet I have been active and it has not budged.
I know that it is a cold day here in Canada-but isn't myLot a site from the US?
Anybody else seeing their bank frozen today?

I sent a pm but it has not been addressed.
I know that it has happened in the past, but that does not make it right at all, and the lack of communication is disrespectful.

I noticed my bank had frozen during the night. But the US didn't get down to freezing last night. Our low was only 48F here.
I don't report problem anymore. The current GAA threatened to ban me if I did.

I can't see images so I've PMd GoAskAlice. Haven't heard anything yet. And yes, the bank does seem to be frozen.
