An Explosion of Epic Proportions

Well, it’s not really an explosion of epic proportions, but it feels like this when it happens. What am I talking about this time? Have you ever wanted a soda or other drink that happens to be in a can, and it’s room temperature? Maybe you’re in a hurry, and don’t want to wait for it to be cold. Instead of putting it in a glass of ice you put in the freezer to get cold quickly. And most of the time you go back and get it when you think it’s cooler. Every once in a while though, for one reason or another, you forget to go back for it. Sometimes you go to bed, forgetting all about it. And then quite awhile later, most times the next day, you open the freezer, and you find the results of an explosion. Liquid has erupted from the can and covers everything. The remnants of the can have changed locations once it emptied, and you very carefully remove it so as to not cut yourself with the jagged edges. You stare at the mess, aggravated that you created a mess you now have to clean up. How many times has it happened to you, or has it?
