I have listened to a lot of the streams on YouTube regarding the Epstein files and the woman who are victims of him and other nasty men. The other night I listened to a woman tell her story. Her home life and how she came to be around Epstein. Her drug addicted mother, no clothes or food, and all the horrible things that happened to her. She had an abusive experience with Epstein that went on for years. She had gotten away from it, grown up and tried to lead as normal a life as she could. One day she sees a picture in a news story when Epstein was being indicted, and she realizes for the first time that she and the small group of girls that interacted with this man so many years ago was not the only ones. There were many.
She freaks out and tries to contact her old friend who had originally gotten her involved with him in the first place. They become some of the victims who started speaking out about him and reaching out to police and the news. She spends hours talking to the press and to the police. Then one day she sees where he has mysteriously died in prison.
With all the horror and the intimate details, the hurt and the years of feeling so dirty and awful about this past of hers she now has no outlet. She had thought she would have the opportunity to give an impact statement in court and be able to face this man. But now he is dead and she will never have that opportunity. How cruel.
What an awful slight Not even a shred of justice does this woman get. So all the hurt and pain that she brings up again to tell her story was for nothing.

She could still tell her story in court. She just won't be able to confront Epstein.

But this is what she wants to do. Confront him.

@celticeagle That's the way I feel about my husband. It's frustrating.

Sounds like something out of a Hitchcock movie,

I think so. So sad after all she's gone through.

What that person went through dealing with the Epstein files I do not wish on my worst enemy.
