Recipe Not To Try

Fixed Pineapple Pork Chops in the Crock Pot tonight. They were eatable. That is about all you could say. Maybe if I had not put so much SoySauce in it, it MIGHT have been better, but somehow I doubt it. Went exactly by the recipe. Anyway, I had Mashed Taters and Broccoli and cheese. Went to Walgreens, Dollar General, and Grocery Outlet. No idea why I had so much energy. Came home and started the crock pot, then sat down...Bad mistake...all that energy floated away after sitting down for a while. Tomorrow we go to the Insurance Company and let them set up our little cubes we have to have in our vehicles to keep getting our insurance cheap. We have tried to set them up, but to no avail. I figure if they want us to use them, they should make them work. No idea what to make for supper tomorrow night

I’m glad the pork chops were at least edible. I hate wasting food so when I try a recipe, I’m always hoping it’s at least so so.

Pineapple doesn’t belong anywhere but in vodka or on pizza.

I like it on pizza too. It is good in Cole Slaw though. Had some Sunday, and thinking about making some.

They should offer you a nice bonus for using their device.

They are little plastic square looking thngs, that work with your cell phone to report how good you drive. Kind of like Progressive's thing that you plug into your vehicle, only this works with your phone and doesn't run down your vehicle's battery like Progressive's plug in.

That's a shame about the pork chops. We have them quite often and they are always pretty good.

Do you put Soy Sauce in your pineapple sauce over the pork chops? I think that they called for too much soy sauce OR Too little Brown Sugar

I hate when a recipe doesn't turn out well. Luckily I've only had that happen once.
