What's for dinner? April 9

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm having homemade cottage pie which is shepherd's pie (ground meat with veg and gravy) but made with ground beef rather than lamb. This batch is covered with homemade biscuits rather than the traditional mashed potatoes. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Actually on Friday I filled my cooker with chicken thighs, crumbled Italian sausage, potatoes and tomatoes and topped with cream of mushroom and now i have delicious heat-and-eat meals for the weekend.

My usual. Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, yogurt. This weekend I will get one of the meals out of the freezer that J put together for me.
