Passing Lordly Water can be quite expensive.

What’s the world coming to when a Lord can no longer pass water in the street without being fined? We are talking here about one of Epstein’s buddies, the Lord Mandelson. Caught short on the way home late one night last November, the Lordly one did the sensible thing and urinated against a wall. It was either that or pee his pants. But somebody saw and he is now the subject of a £300 fine. The release of photos of him in his Lordly y fronts was embarrassing enough, but now to be fined for taking a high diddle diddle in a public street - that must really humiliate the drawers off him.

I'm sure the fine didn't bother him... The public humiliation might, though.

We saw a guy in France peeing against a wall in broad daylight with a few people not too far away. In a book I read later, it seems for some reason to not be frowned on quite as much in France.

@JudyEv Yes that’s very common although I believe it’s a dying custom.

My pal pulled his car over and stopped down by the harbour at 01.30am He rushed into small car park and hey diddle diddled against a wall He turned round quickly when he felt a hand on his shoulder And hey diddle diddled against a female police officers leg He was charged, His excuse at them time was he was caught short after spending some time with a lady of the night and it was a long 10 mile drive home His case has not come up yet.
