Now that I'm awake longer during the day with my new wakefulness medication, I suddenly have to find things to fill all of that time.
I myLot and do piddly stuff, then I've been watching a lot of streaming TV shows.
I take an occasional walk or sit outside and of course in the mornings I go to the gym.
But I'm looking for things to do after lunch to keep me busy until maybe 10 pm or so. I might start reading again. I used to love that. As long as my brain will work right now to let me understand what I'm reading.
Do you have any suggestions for ways to fill my time now?

Reading is always good. Do you do any kind of needlework or crafts?

Maybe try embroidery? I want to try that so I guess I’m passing on my wish to you. How about challenging yourself with crossword puzzles? I see you doing some like The New York Times puzzles. I recently bought one themed on American history. I’m just relieved I remember so many of the answers.

Reading is good. It's getting to be gardening season too.

I read a lot, cook and watch YouTube videos by favorite YT personalities. (They play interesting-to-me video games or just talk with their friends.)

I'm probably not much help since I'm looking for ways to not be so busy. But, reading a good book is a great way to pass time. I don't watch a lot of TV but do turn my TV on once a week and watch for a couple hours. If you like to coo, maybe learn new recipes?

You could search for a hobby you might enjoy. Do something out of your comfort zone. Read a book, volunteer somewhere, try a new recipe. Make some cookies or a treat for a neighbor or friend or for the MIL. Those are just things I can think of that people I know actually do. Try different things until you hit on something that works for you.

Not really
I struggle some days to fill my time in
Infact from November until April I struggle every year with this - although this time was different as Yvonne needed more help
Maybe you get get a wee part time job for a couple of hours a couple of days a week
