While we’re house-sitting, I can’t access my photos so I’ve copied this, with permission, from Vince’s FB page.
It shows a military truck that was on display at the Nungarin Military Museum. I wondered what the two long antenna-type rods were. It seems they are high-level wire-cutters. A gunner would be firing from above the cabin. The enemy would string wires high up in the hope of taking out the gunner.
The two arms on the truck would guide any wires down to the level of the cabin roof where sharp blades would cut the wire.

I've never seen a truck like this; but it makes good sense.

They have to come up with all sorts of things to counter their enemies.
