Inspection Day?

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
Today is the big inspection day. Well, I think. Not sure since they said they could need entrance anytime this week, maybe management wasn't sure what day it was happening, or if they'd get through them all today?
I do hope it happens today while we're away. I don't want to be there while it happens. Gives me too much anxiety to have someone else in there.
Just can't wait til this week is over. Plus, this week is supposed to be colder too.
What do you all think? Do inspections stink? Will we be okay?

They do, sometimes my Mom will come over to my place so I don’t have to deal with it, or a friend will be here but I do understand the necessity of them!

Well if I had the energy to clean the house it was spotless I'm sure I'd worry less but I know it probably wouldn't pass a "housekeeping" inspection at the moment. Think this one is more so they see that maintenance has fixed what they need to and management has a good control over how their properties are doing

Well I think it's more the landlord passing this one, but they could find us if we were hoarders, had an infestation, etc..
No idea how we did

I guess the inspection happened, we were gone all day..
But could tell someone was there.
No notes of how we did though

Doing good here.
I have been posting about the stress and anxiety I feel before each housing inspection for years. They have gotten much easier on me over the years but they used to really do a number on me. I am very sensitive to stress and so they used to be horrible. You see we don't have any other family here. If we failed an inspection and we're thrown out of here we would be homeless. We have no where to go and rent is so expensive here. But now I know we always pass so I don't worry about it.
I hope yours goes well and you don't worry too much about it.

I remember reading a couple of those, in fact recently... Think you had a similar one to ours today.
If we failed, we'd be in a similar situation. I have my mother in town, but no space to live with her.
That's good you know now that you always pass.
We have too for the most part. Though we almost got evicted a couple years ago because of two much clutter.
I am stressing because I know we still have too much clutter, especially in my son's room.
