Ferris wheel near the school where i taught this day and unexpected traffic jam

Not sure if the job gig is for a week or more but i took a chance and broke the ice. First day is finished, yeah!
When my shift was over, i walked to a tram stration and guess what, there was a traffic jam due to an accident 4 stations before mine (thank you online news) and trams were late or in my direction, there were none for more than 30 minutes.
Of course, when the tram finally came, it was so full but, i was glad it came.
While i was waiting for my tram, a ferris wheel in the distance caught my attention and the last time when i rode this thing was a long time ago. I really don't know how much is a ride today and, besides, i don't have anyone to invite but, still, it would be nice riding that thing again.
When was the last time you rode a ferris wheel?

thank you. the week was very challenging. it's great when it's brand new. i also rode a decade ago, i feel and in other country. i think it was hungary

i am so glad it was a blast. i'll consider if i can go alone but their working hours are not suitable to me; they are from 3 p.m. to the evening.

Oh wow, it's been years..probably around 1990 or something. Maybe I will try to do it this year if I can find one. Actually, we might have ridding the London Eye when we were there...but probably not..I don't have specific memories of it,,but we were nearby.

i also rode it only once and in different country. i wish i could do it again but this ferris wheel's working hours are not suitable to me and i don't want to travel twice for this.

i am seriously considering that option only, their working hours are not in my favour. they are too late. wow, for me, i think it is more than a decade.

There is a man made lake here in North Carolina. I used to go with my grandmother and some of the family. They had some rides and an arcade there. There was a ride that is similar to a Ferris wheel. The last time I rode it I was around 10 I think.
