Another hot one, but after today it should start to calm down a bit weatherwise, and next week I think is going to be in the 60's and 70's. That is about where it should be this time of the year if not a little cool. I was thinking about calling the HVAC people for an AC check up, but I broke down and had it on for a few hours last night. It was good and cold, and cooled it down fast in here, plus I have a new filter so probably I can hold off calling them for a couple of months. I just know it has been quite a while since freon was added, and it could run out..which with my luck would happen on a 97 degree day. Are your appliances ready for the summer heat?

I don't use any AC so don't have to worry about that.

@snowy22315 - Yes, we are lucky, AC is so bad for my eyes, I always have to use eyes drops when I go inside the stores in summer.

My appliances are probably more ready for summer heat than I am 
I ike warm weather but not when it gets unbearably hot and humid. My a/c is already running today so I'm assuming it's gotten warm out already. We're supposed to hit 90s!!

Yes, I think it will be 91 here today,,or maybe 92. Feels cool now though.

we got our ACs serviced before 20 March.
It had warmed up too fast then before we had unseasonal rains from Mid March onwards.
In fact one or two days, the max dipped to around 21 C- even lower than Feb weather !
Yet for one of the ACs servicing, our extra warranty plan provider's staff did not turn up.
So I had to call someone else.
I have to confront the provider some day, but that is another tale !
It is almost 40 C here already !

Our appliance is ready for an all year long heat. Becuae it's summer all the time. There's not a day that we don't turn on the ac here even except when the typhoon lowers down the temperature which isn't quite often. Though typhoon visits us regularly, it's not always the case that the temperature is low.

I had the heat and AC checked last year. I figured they were good to go for this year.
