There has been some new research done revealing how your daily coffee could impact your health. The longest running health study in the U.S. followed more than 47,000 women for three decades. It found that women who drank the most caffeine (315 mg. each day or 3-4 cups)had a 13% higher chance of reaching age 70 in good health and free from chronic diseases, chronic decline, or major mental health issues.

Because it's the 'Nurses' Health Study' which started in 1984. And most nurses are women.

I have instant coffee which I think is quite weak so I probably need 5-6 cups. Which is about what I have.

Well that's good news for us coffee drinkers, although I normally only drink two cups. But hopefully healthy diet and exercise will also help. Age 70 is not as far away as I would like to think!
