If you shopped at Trader's Joes between March 5, 2019, and July 19,2019 using their credit or debit card to pay and had a receipt with the first six and last four numbers of the card printed of it you could be a part of this lawsuit. You also had to have gotten a postcard in the mailing alerting you to this settlement. The amount is expected to be $102.45 The company is accused of violating the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act at some stores when the location printed the first six and the last four digits of customers credit or debit card transactions. "By doing this the plaintiffs claimed they were susceptible to identity theft. Trader Joe's settled but denied wrongdoing. I have never been to a Trader Joes store. I think it says volumes when they settle but deny wrongdoing.
