No Dinner.

For me. But of course I still cooked dinner for my family. Me and daughter had a late snack yesterday and it made me so full that I did nothave to dinner. I already prepared breakfast since it's morning here now. What's for dinner/breakfast/lunch?

I ate a chicken and biscuit (bread roll) sandwich for late lunch and didn't eat supper last night. I'm getting hungry now at 6 am. I'll eat after I take my morning meds.

That happens to us quite often. We had meatloaf, mashed potatoes with chives, and fresh broccoli.

I will have oat and honey cereal. We don't have milk, so I eat it dry. It is quite tasty. It is like cheating on a diet.
