Do you belong among those who sees old age as a blessing?
Even in the Bible, old age is talked about as being a blessing but most people dread old age as a result of what it comes with which is high chances of battling so many health challenges.
Does old age makes you frightened?

It’s not that I fear looking old, it’s that I fear physically feeling old. I’m 45 and I already have plenty of health problems due to a car accident years ago. I do not want to think about how I’ll feel in ten years, let alone when I’m truly old!

I have always heard you feel as old as you let yourself feel
I've always felt 5 yrs younger than I am till I crashed & now
I feel like I have lost them extra 5 yrs & I'm just 68 in a few days.
But I'm getting better every year, I feel like I'm getting my
extra 5 yrs back again & that's been my promise to myself
to beat this & get my health back like it was & not let it beat me.
