I have been so tired and in a lot of pain. Took a pain pill at lunch time today and am feeling better. I am up to date on Notifications; but I am at least 4 days behind on the Discussions. I will try to catch up. J came yesterday and did her usual. It looks like I won't have to take a second renal ultrasound. Yay! Got the first estimate for the tree trimming and tree removal. It wasn't bad at all! $2,000. Breakfast - None Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken patty sandwich, broccoli, corn, peaches Dessert/Snack - Low salt nuts Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, blueberries What did you eat yesterday? I ate a chicken and biscuit sandwich for breakfast, made barbecue chicken (in the oven) and steamed broccoli for late lunch and ate a handful of non-salted pecans for supper. Then ate a bowl of Salted Caramel ice cream at midnight last night.

Yes. I hated the one I had.

I’m sure you don’t like taking pain pills, but sometimes they are necessary! Yesterday, I had a Turkey sandwich with mustard, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese, a pear, a piece of sausage, and a big chicken salad.

I sure hope you feel much better soon. I had some pancakes topped with American cheese and pork sausage patty; I like something simple at times.

That's good you won't have to take a second ultrasound...those can hurt. Well that's good if $2000 is not too bad. Sounds like a lot to me lol
