Steamed Bun and Ramen Dinner Combo

Hello folks!
This was my dinner last night. Steamed bun filled with pork, Chinese sausage, and salted eggs, plus a bowl of hot ramen noodles in beef broth. Let me tell you, it filled my stomach and soul. Eating the steamed bun and ramen noodles always bring me back childhood memories.

Looks yummy …..
One thing that makes me think about my childhood is cucumber and onion sandwich. I’ve just done a post about it ….check it out and find out what it is …..

Well there is one
A.pastry, a.savory pastry called a Bridie which are still made today
But not as.good as when I was growing up in the 60,s
