My new favorite snack.

Favorite snack is beef jerky mild flavor.

When I was still working, I'd buy sunflower seeds and snack on them all the time. They came out with chili pepper sunflower seeds. I tried one and about burned my tongue off! I bought another bag and sent it to a friend who loves spicy foods. He loved them and kept asking me to send him more of them. I sent him several bags but included a note telling him which store I bought them at so he could buy his own. I'm hooked on SweeTarts at the moment but, I buy the boxes of them from Wally World that cost $1.50 and will eat a small pile of them and I'm done for the day. Supposedly, they don't contain enough calories the way I eat them to make me gain any weight and they hit that sweet tooth that makes me crave sugar all the time. And, they don't aggravate the kidneys. Image borrowed from Walmart.

I just had mini barbecue rice cakes that were pretty good.

Fiber brownies, applesauce, and, when it’s warm, “fake sorbet” (frozen blueberries or strawberries mushed up in the blender with enough water to make them mushy and some Splenda).

I like medium spice not to spicy.

Never heard of that, but as you know I don't like fruit so probably wouldn't be for me lol. Snack? I love Puff Corn lol; it is like pop corn but no kernels
