Yes, good morning my MyLotter family …..well, for me it’s not such a good morning ! I am bunged up with a cold ! No, I don’t know where I got it from ……why do people ask that ! Anyway, I’ve had a delightful night , coughing and spluttering….. I’ve taken some tablets …..maybe not some, but two …… I will have a vitamin C drink in a minute ,and hopefully that will work it’s magic ! How are you today …..and what are you up to ? Anyone want a cold ?

@traceyjayne I’m not long over a nasty cold. A violent fit of sneezing cured my bad back however so it wasn’t all bad. I usually hold my head over a basin of hot water to which Olbas oil and lemon have been added and I sniff that for as long as I can, with a tea towel over my head to trap in the steam.

@xFiacre ……my cold is your fault then ! I have one of those steamer things ….i must find it out ….thanks for reminding me. I love Olbas oil but everyone else hates it !

I’ve been taking elderberry, zinc, and calcium all in one bottle for a few days. It started off as a tickle in my throat and seems to have spread. My dad expressly told me not to come over and see him. I hope you feel better!

Have you been wearing a mask when you leave your house? Have your grandkids been wearing masks if they're around other people? I'm eating raisin bread for breakfast along with some chicken taquitos I just microwaved. I hope you feel better soon.

@Traceyjayne Yeah, Pretty and I still wear them and we don't catch colds, flu or Covid. I ate the raisin bread first and then at the taquitos. YUM!

@DaddyEvil I have been out and about more than usual this week with all the appointments re Moms ears ….i could have got it anywhere I guess…. Was the raisin bread home made ?

The night after my operation, my nose ran like a tap. I had to ask for a bix of tissues and I must have used about half of them during the night. Luckily it's not a cold, just a side affect from the operation.
