Oh this cold ! Atishoo ……

I had to go to bed early last night as this cold has really taken hold. I was spark out. Even missed The Misters alarm this morning and by the time I woke he was long gone. He did leave me a message though. He didn’t want to wake me as he knew I was not well ….. Bless him ! Anyway, I’m up and on the Vitamin C drinks today. Hopefully it will go as fast as it came. How are you today ? What plans do you have for today ?

@traceyjayne Today I’m doing another small bit of gardening. I already have tonight’s dinner prepared and on the fridge awaiting the evening hunger. I do hope the misery in your head lifts quickly.

@Traceyjayne Meatballs in a romesco sauce with sweet potato chips. This is my go to meal when I’m low on imagination. I love romesco sauce. Really starting to look forward to my up and coming odyssey. Through Brittany and Normandy, and I’m fantasising about the food I’m hoping to eat.

Everything is fine here. It's just sprinkling outside. I just took my morning meds, washed dirty dishes and climbed back into bed. I hope you feel better soon.

I hope you feel better quickly. I don't do well when I get sick. I can tolerate it for a day or two but after that I become whiny.

We've had colds too - and now I'm struggling to get rid of the last cough caused by a constant sniffle, very annoying! And somehow having a cold when the weather is lovely and sunny seems worse than having one in winter when everything around is also dreary and wet
