The Sun Is Taking Its Time.

Or did I speak too soon? It is now 7:52 in the morning and the sun is still hiding in the clouds, which I like very much. The light feels softer this way, and the air is gentler compared to those mornings when the heat arrives too early. It is windy too for a change. It gives the day a calmer start, almost like nature is taking its time to wake up. I always appreciate mornings like this because they make simple things more enjoyable, such as having coffee, looking outside, or doing small chores without immediately feeling sweaty and uncomfortable. The cloudy sky somehow makes everything feel quieter too. Of course, the sun may decide to come out later and remind us it is still summer. But for now, I am enjoying this cool and peaceful beginning to the day. How is your weather there?
