It is a good deal, with no zero interest for 15 months, and no annual fee. Most travel rewards cards attach a high annual fee. It also has 20,000 air miles awarded after 500 dollars in purchases. I am going to try knocking that off pretty quickly because if possible I want to use these to pay for mine and maybe son's ticket to the wedding this September. Hopefully, it will work out. When is the last time you got a new credit card?

What do you have against credit cards? YOu can get some nifty rewards and pay them off as soon as you accrue a balance.

Our last credit card must have been 13 years ago from Jet Blue. Our oldest is from American Express. We can fly around the world about 5 million times with our AMEX card, but are too afraid to fly internationally now due to the state of the world. Flew to FL and will fly home for free on Jet Blue gratis. Yours sounds like a wonderful deal and hopefully you will have enough points for both yourself and your son to fly to the wedding.

I hope so. He has his own money, but sure he would appreciate being able to fly for free. I just hope I get the allowance in time. I will try to make sure I do.

@DianneN I would rather not say on here. It is by a well known carrier.

@snowy22315 There are always additional fees, but manageable. In the meantime, spend like a wild lunatic.
. The more you charge, and pay off of course, the more points you’ll earn. Who doesn’t like to fly for free?

We had to get a new one last August because ours was compromised. I like what we got. I had to pay an annual fee because I needed one that wouldn't charge currency conversion or transaction fees when I travel overseas.

I think this card will be a good idea for me, as I could use air miles to go to NW PA in a hurry if need be. That 8 hour plus drive is tiring, and none of us are getting any younger.

It is a good idea.
You will spend 500 quite quickly
Now, is it up to 20k air miles, or 20k air miles
Yvonne thought 20k air miles for a 500 spend was really good
She wondered if we could get this card as well, one each
