Currently, my mom is teaching me how to cook Mechado, her specialty. So I will just pop here whenever I have a few minutes while waiting for the meat to be cooked. Tomorrow, my mom's sisters will be here to bond. That will be fun, but thinking of all the cleaning that we will do afterwards makes my back ache. Lol! In the morning, my sister and I will go to the dentist, I hope we can go home early. What's your plan for tomorrow?

Nope! Do you? Did you smash it? We only use Del Monte tomato sauce.

Hahaha that happens all the time. Goodluck with the aftermath, hope there's less to be clean. Nothing plan tomorrow, just show up at work and don't be late.

Is she showing you how to make beef machado? We call that beef stew and Pretty makes it all the time in cold weather. We both enjoy it. I cut up the veggies for her and she puts all the ingredients into the slow cooker so we can eat it for supper and have some left over for other meals.

Yes its beef, but we don't usually put veggies on it. It is Beef with Del Monte Tomato Sauce. It is tasty and one of the favorite foods in our country. If I remember correctly, you have a Filipino friend, right? Everything goes wella nd they all had a great time.

@luisadannointed Oh, I see... We add potatoes, onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes to ours. We like the chunky veggies. Yes, that's right. His name is Sam.
