Currently, my mom is teaching me how to cook Mechado, her specialty. So I will just pop here whenever I have a few minutes while waiting for the meat to be cooked.
Tomorrow, my mom's sisters will be here to bond. That will be fun, but thinking of all the cleaning that we will do afterwards makes my back ache. Lol!
In the morning, my sister and I will go to the dentist, I hope we can go home early. What's your plan for tomorrow?

I am going to cards tomorrow and I'm looking forward to that. I hope the dentist doesn't need to do any work.

Well, tomorrow it won't be raining so I plan to go into town, and to the bank.

Is she showing you how to make beef machado? We call that beef stew and Pretty makes it all the time in cold weather. We both enjoy it. I cut up the veggies for her and she puts all the ingredients into the slow cooker so we can eat it for supper and have some left over for other meals.

That's the one part I don't enjoy when it comes to cooking and having tons of relatives over, the cleaning that takes place afterwards
