I'm trying to enjoy the quiet while it last

It's another beautiful sunny day. it's really blazing. Schools resumed two days ago , so all the loud kids noise we hear in the neighborhood has been replaced by silence until 2pm when they close and it gets loud again. I'm just trying to enjoy the quiet while it last. There is really not much to talk about today. Just wishing everyone a wonderful day. Maybe I will write about something cool later in the day. For now, I need to stop socializing and get some serious work..

It is usually quiet here although on nice days you hear a lot of lawn equipment or construction noises.

We have a school opposite our house and twice a day it can get a bit noisy as the children arrive for school and leave in the afternoon.

The school bus went through here a little while ago picking up the neighborhood kids and hauling them off to school. Kids are pretty quiet here when they're home but you can still hear the difference once they're gone. Have a good day.

Yes, I had a really wonderful day, though the sun was raining fire. The temperature was above 47 C. The roads were empty because of heat. However I enjoy extreme weather conditions.
