Egg and cress sandwiches for tea…..

So, I have posted that I am growing my own cress now….extremely easy and a tiny fraction of the price of that in the shops. Takes only days to grow and be ready for eating. I took a punnet round to Moms the other day and the second punnet is ready now. I am going to hard boil a couple of eggs and have them with the cress and mayo on my bread rolls for tea….. Yummy What are you having for tea ?

I have some frozen dinners that J put together for me...chicken fingers, broccoli and tater tots.

That sounds a very economical meal. I'm going to ask Vince to cook me some scrambled eggs one day soon. I'm on to soft foods now, not just liquids.
