Egg and cress sandwiches for tea…..

So, I have posted that I am growing my own cress now….extremely easy and a tiny fraction of the price of that in the shops. Takes only days to grow and be ready for eating. I took a punnet round to Moms the other day and the second punnet is ready now. I am going to hard boil a couple of eggs and have them with the cress and mayo on my bread rolls for tea….. Yummy What are you having for tea ?
