Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 65 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. This is about as warm as it is going to be for awhile. Today was an easy enough day despite the fact that I was very sleepy. We had breakfast, did acupuncture, did a community meeting, did a clinical session, had lunch, and had 2 holistic sessions. The options were aromatherapy and sound healing. I did 2 sound healing sessions back to back. No big plans for the rest of the afternoon or evening which is fine with me. I wish we didn't have to show up and do our thing tomorrow (Saturday). Yes yes it is all about getting better and improving ourselves but I'd like a day to just do whatever I want whenever I want. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?
