Wheee! I got a swim in yesterday!

My ancient body is tired, but I get a boost of energy when I do a bit of exercise.
Yesterday, I had the day off. It was not hot out, but 75 F was enough for me to visit the pool.
I got a few laps in and felt better about life.
What is your favorite form of exercise?
Does it put you in a better mood?

What length is the pool Mon Ami?
Exercise is ok, walking is enough for me.
And yes , my mood is usually good afterwards

Well walk up the side of it the next time and see how many steps it is lol, that will tell you how many yards roughly

Right now it is just laying back on my bed, emptying my mind, and totally leetting my nerves loose to avoid an anxiety attack, Don't know why suddenly my nerves feel so tight,

I like to swim too weather permitting. Even though there were people in the lake in April, it is too cold now.
