The humble paper towels aren't just for sobbing down the kitchen. Here's a few ideas: * Coffee filter - Run out of coffee filters? Fold a paper towel into a cone shape and place it in the basket of your drip coffee maker. * Wounds - Fold a paper towel in the appropriate size of the wound and place it over it to control bleeding. * Germination - Place seeds between two damp paper towels. Place it in a warm, dark place and you'll have sprouts in no time. * Veggies - Wrap leafy green or herbs in a paper towel before placing them in a plastic bag in the fridge. This will keep them crisp and fresh longer. * Freshen up Closet - Add a few drops of essential oils to a paper towel and tuck it between stored clothes or linens to keep them fresh smelling.

All really good idea I have done the seed germination and the coffee filter although the cheap paper towels didn't do too well lol when they got soaked

I've always used a paper towel wrapped around produce in a plastic bag. It works so well in keeping veggies fresh.
