Today is the death anniversary of my father.

May 3, 2026 8:46pm CST
Today is the death anniversary of my father Late Chitta Ranjan Chatterji. He was a chief public prosecutor of Chief Metropolitan Magistrates Court, Calcutta. He also was adjunct law professor in National Law University Jodhpur. He died at the age of 71 years. On his death anniversary we prepare some food which he liked and we feed the birds. Time is the best healer but just he was multifaceted, being a social worker, lover of music, sports, cinema, theatre, my entire family remember him.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how important he was to you and your family. I wish I could have met him.

thanks DE he had a good sense of humour also. We look at the fact that age is a number, life is required to be big, not long. He lived a big life and his path really inspires us in our life

@sathviksouvik I wonder if he would have enjoyed teasing Sathvik as much as you and I do? I'm sure he would have given me ideas for teasing you as well as Sathvik.
