Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 70 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for tomorrow is 79. 
Today was yet another day here at the facility. My massage was cancelled which was annoying. My ex was like "poor you--just drum circle and yoga today". 
No big plans for this afternoon/evening aside from a Smart Recovery virtual meeting. I might also make a lemon pound cake. We shall see how much motivation I have.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

A grateful day for me getting a brief meeting with a nurse who came to check on me this morning, getting fans inside of the house to counter the heat inside of the home and my work sharing news stories and completing surveys.

I had something odd happen today. I got a shower earlier but couldn't see to drive to do my errands so I climbed in bed and went to sleep. When I woke up this evening, I went to the bathroom and saw in the mirror that I have some dark red marks on my back. I asked Pretty to look at me and she said I scratched myself really hard and put Cortisone on the marks. Then she said they aren't scratches... They look like somebody pressed their fingers into my back really hard but didn't break the skin.
I can't reach that part of my back so we checked my bed and there is nothing on my bed that could have made that type of mark on my back.
Weird!
