I am making coffee and nibbling gingersnaps. I deserve every bit of it. So today we got up early, then after breakfast, we headed to Wichita for Bob's appointment. Had to play "Where's Waldo" to find the appropriate building in an office park. You come off a major cross town street. The arrow says Buildings 240-260. I needed 250 but could see no extra building or no way to the back. The map I had been sent did indicate it was a building in back. I went in building 240, and looked in open but vacant offices, then attempted a big double door that was locked. As I gave up and headed back outside a very kind man came out from the double doors, walked me outside, pointed out the desired building. He said it happens all the time. The person Bob saw only is there on Mondays, but she says it happens a lot. People even park in front of the sign that points to 250. She said a lot of times people do not show up, but claim there were never notified of an appointment. That was the first reason I deserve a cup of coffee and ginger snaps. There is more to come, about phone tag. That can be told later.
