So many people use Amazon. I do not. The reason comes from years back and how badly they treated employees and small businesses. Many subscribe to Amazon Prime and I am writing this directed toward those who do.
You might want to check your account every few months. Why? Because they are charging for a lot of things you may not be aware of. Here's just a few:
* You be charged first some shipments you aren't aware of.
* If you don't order much you could be charged a 'small order fee'.
* Many have found they have been charged a 'damage fee' when items are returned.
* On April 17th 2026 they started charging a 3.5% fuel charge to sellers. You know that will show up on items you buy.
* A new surcharge as of May 2nd that comes out to about 17cents per item.
You can go to account and scroll down to 'memberships and subscriptions to see what you are subscribed to.
Also, when purchasing an item you can click on 'subscribe and save' for that particular purchase and then you can cancel the subscription.
I hope this is of help to those who still use Amazon Prime. You can also go to dealseek.com for more savings.

We rarely use Amazon but I think you have to keep an eye on all your bills and watch for any overcharges.
