Sent a complaint for another person,a homeless one

Seems that most of my notifications are gone again.Ah,sorry.7days is too short for me to answer at this stage when i barely have time for myself. I just sent a complaint for a homeless woman who was forced to leave a tram on Friday, when,at the same place,I was waiting for a bus to take me home. Tram or bus drivers aren't always nice;they sometimes won't open you the door when you are going in or out, would act arrogant and other things while on the other side, they have it hard too. I also had a tough day at work or for 2days but i was rooting inside to come asap home, to my apartment and,all of a sudden,a tram driver was yelling hm,not sure how to translate it from Croatian to English but it's a rude expression for "shoosh,go away". Right after that,a homeless woman who i've seen at the tram a couple of times was exiting this one tram and saying this is happening to her since 4 a.m.She entered another tram and a hostile tram driver took away. I don't know the full story here but what i witnessed before, while riding with her in a same tram is she tends to say half loud complaints about foreign workers but she was harmless and i felt really sad that a homeless person, more exactly a woman was treated like this. Was her smell or odor the only reason forcing her to leave. To be honest, i've smelled people all ages and they didn't smell good too but they weren't homeless. It's tough to be a woman in this country and in this city, when men can't be touched but women can. All in all,i hope someone from this company will answer me what did she do or not. When i warned them about bus noise a month ago they didn't reply back but,it's different this time. Hope your Sunday is good.

she collects empty bottles to survive and she surely can't and isn't able to do complain on her own. yes, it's very sad. have you ever made a complaint for another person?

It's not nice to treat people that way...why would they force her to leave? Are they scared she wouldn't pay? It's good you sent a complaint. Those drivers should be called to order

i wonder the same. i mean, she collects empty bottles to survive. the other day, a high school student forgot his ticket and the ticket inspector (they tend to check people's tram tickets randomly and they go in at one station and leave on another) left him alone, didn't charge him a fine cause, school kids have a free yearly pass, i think so, why treating her like this, i really would like to know. yes, their superiors should warn them to be professionals and humans, for a change. yes, it's very sad and thank you. have you ever made a complaint for another person?

I’m glad you are trying to stand up for the homeless woman. That poor treatment is inexcusable.

@valherma00 Another resident in my apartment building was repeatedly bothering another resident, and that resident was afraid to complain. So I went to management and explained what happened.
