There are times where it feels like your efforts aren't really producing the kind of results you hoped, and why you are still hopeful, you often feel mentally and physically stressed and everything just feels tiring. I don't know if you have experienced this before, but if you have, how do you cope with situations like this?

Rest is extremely important, but it's something a lot of people tend to ignore.

You are right, at the end of the day, notting good comes easy, not to mention the fact that giving up, won't even make things better, so no need giving up.

I think you just have to choose each day to keep on, and know this happens to so many people. The ones who do better just refuse to give in to the discouragement. It’s normal to feel stressed and tired, and it’s perfectly okay to try to lessen that. But you are never alone with your burdens. God is there, and so are so many people who struggle too.

when you see others doing it, they tend to make it so easy, but it takes effort, and they probably didn't get there in a single day. And you are right, we are never alone cause our heavenly Father is always there.

Sometimes a step back can help. Just take a complete break even if just for an hour. No thinking about what is stressing you at all. It can help

You are right, taking a little break and just do something that will help you get your mind off these things might actually help.

Sometimes you just have to carry on as best you can. Remember the bad times don't last. At least they're not supposed to.

There is a popular saying that tough times don't last, only tough people. You are right, we just have to keep pushing.

Some go by "God has a plan" when things are not turning out as we hoped. I accept the reality and realize what came by was what was better suited to me. I have no regrets in life.

You are tight, at the end of the day, living a life of no regrets should be what we chase after.

Do not give up. It is okay to rest but it is not okay to quit. Always remember that successful people do not also achieve their success overnight. God is always just. keep praying and live by faith and keep going.

I try to adjust to reality and look ahead. I take a view my effort is the reward - not set my sights high.
