Wheee! Got my blood drawn today. What makes you the most squeamish?

I am not generally that squeamish. If I get a "raspberry" from sliding in softball, and there is blood dripping down my leg, it does not bother me. I just put some hydrogen peroxide on it when I get home, and I am good to go Even poopy diapers don't really bother me, unless they're on someone who looks like Donald Trump. But I have not had that experience.. On the other hand. getting my blood drawn (from my forearm) is a really uncomfortable experience for me. It doesn't hurt that much, but the idea of someone putting something into my vein (did I spell that right?) or artery makes me cringe. I survived this morning. Peeing a bottle after (drug test, I think) was a delight by comparison. Are there things that make you squeamish?

Throw up makes me squeamish. I don’t care if they have to dig in my arm to get a rolling vein. It doesn’t bother me. But show me throw up, and I’m out.

I don't like it when the tech has to dig for a vein...rolling the vein, whatever you call it. But it doesn't make me sick. Things that make me squeamish? Hmm...yes, when someone throws up and it's not in a bathroom so we get to see it. Dirty public bathrooms, oh, yuck. I truly hate them.

I can’t watch if I have to have a needle. I can’t watch the first cut in an operation ……once they are in there I can watch that, no problem.

Im not good with blood. Watched the world title boxing on saturday and the refs white shirt was crimson by half-way

Seeing people or animals hurt cringes me big time. I do not mind blood draws.
