I woke up at 4:30 in the morning. Actually, my son woke me up at that time. 
I made pancakes for my son. At 5:00 am, I am loading the washing machine with its first load.
At 5:30 am, I started walking around the neighborhood. No sun yet so it is a bit cooler. Recently, I have always wanted to go for a walk outside, but I have been lazy or busy. By 6:10 am, I am back home. The sun starts to go out and I don't like that much. I hang the clothes to dry and load my second batch into the machine.
I am still thinking of what to eat for breakfast. I will be doing some exercise after this.

At that time, im still in the office. My shift is 12 am to 9 am, it's back end, so. My shift keeps changing sometime 4pm to 12 am,sometimes 9pm to 6am.. i prefer 12am to 9 am
