Remember about a week or 10 days ago I was complaining about my neighbors pond. It has looked like a big mud puddle ever since they had it. Well, they must have done something to it over the weekend, because the color is now much more pleasing..kind of a bluish green. I hope it stays that way. It only took 12 years! Now they need to plant some trees or something around it, and get rid of that junk they have on the side of it, or at least put some more sand down and take some of it away.

It is great that the water cleared up so quickly as it did. We used to keep clear water in our pond, but it was alot of work, because my husband had to clean the filter frequently, especially when it was hot outside.

I doubt they will devote themselves to it. They seem to have a lot of projects going on, most of which aren't completed. They seem to have a big patch of land there, with a road going through it. It is more than most of us have.

Yeah, that's gonna happen! I am sure anybody here would suggest things for an improvement. It does look better though.

If they add golden fish they will keep the pond cleaner, but adding a product to kill the algae is also a good move to maintain the water clear.

They do have fish in the water but game fish like bass or catfish.

Not really..but who knows what's going on inside there. They keep their lawn cut, but it is all patchy, not that mine is anything to brag about..if I didn't have weeds, I would have no grass.
