Wednesday Smiles

Happy Wednesday Everyone! it's a bit cloudy here this morning with rain predicted for later this afternoon.
The morning flew by and I'm already finished my coffee so I'm here without my cup of magic beans 
Today is my grandsons 21st birthday so I texted him this morning to send along a whole bunch of love and good wishes. I know he's at work so I didn't call but we did sing to him on Sunday when the family gathered for Mother's Day.
Last night was our weekly girls night and we indulged on leftover dessert from Sunday. We kept just enough to enjoy last night and sent the rest home with everyone on Sunday. I'm really glad to have it gone but I certainly did enjoy the treats twice.
I'm trying not to keep too many sweets in the house as I have a sweet tooth and it's just too hard to resist.
I was going to cook tonight but when my daughter came over last night she brought two nice size pieces of homemade lasagna so that's what we'll be enjoying tonight. What's better than cooking once and eating twice....not having to cook at all

Lucky grandson WOW like in a dream I remember 21. I hope he had a great birthday, My day just flew by since I did some posting online,

Happy Bday to grandson. My bro in laws bday is in about 2 weeks. I will send him a nice card.I used to have a mental block about whether his bday is April 25 or May 25, but I think I finally have it straight.

My middle daughter is in two weeks and I need a card to send.
I can relate to your not knowing the date of your brother In law. I can never remember if my granddaughters birthday is June 23 or 26th.

It is a cold, overcast and rainy afternoon here, and I wish that I had taken out some beef to make some chiuli with, but I didn't so we are eating up some leftover black forest ham on sandwiches.
