Bystanders rescue a 10 year old boy who fell into the water

Police in Baltimore Maryland report the good news that bystanders at the water in the Inner Harbor on Sunday evening on Sunday evening on Mother's Day was rescued when a female bystander threw a lifesaver and pulled the 10 year old boy out of the water which is located near the Maryland Science Center and the Wine Village. The 10 year old boy was riding his bicycle with his brother with a group of six children when the boy fell into the water. A 17 year old boy asked the 10 year old boy and his brother to take a ride to the Inner Harbor without permission of his mother. Brittany Jones who was at the Inner Harbor posted a picture on Facebook in an effort to locate the mother of the boy. The mom of the 10 year old boy went to a hospital in Baltimore to reunite with her son. The good news is that the 10 year old is in good condition.
