I have been watching a lot of the Bearded Thrift Machine on YouTube. He and his wife buy storage unit content, go to the good will and find all manner of items to sell. They seem to be making a very good living selling what they find on Whatnot and eBay. He buys the storage unit content and goes and moved all the stuff into his trailers and hauls it all home. They do videos of going through all the content. I've heard him say there were rats, cockroaches, spiders, etc. in the units. Ugh! My question is this= he quite often gets a mysterious illness and is down for a week or two. I wonder if the dirt and filth are what is making him sick. He never wears a mask and some of the units have been closed up for decades. His wife is rarely sick, just him. What are your thoughts?
