Hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits

Well. The Winter appears to be back ! The weather is dreadful, rain, rain and yet more rain. And it is so very cold. I have a tee shirt and fleece on. I have also just put the fire on . Yep, it’s cold alright ! So, I decided to treat myself……. I have a mug of hot chocolate and some shortbread biscuits ….made with clotted cream….. Delicious. What’s the weather like where you are at the moment…. ?

Hello from Lisbon. You are my neighbor. Well, it is cold again just like winter is back. By the way, it is not just cold, but also windy. I have been having hot chocolate everyday since this coldness started.

It's not cold here, but it surely is very wet as we are having constant small storms go through. I hope your hot chocolate helped you to warm up!

It is sunny, hot, and humid. Not as much as yesterday, but it will get hotter this afternoon. I envy you your cold weather, and kind of your rain, too. We are in a drought, and while we should get some Monday, we also might get tornadoes.

It has rained and stormed here this morning. But the temp has been nice... Pretty just turned the air conditioner on because the house was getting too warm. (My bedroom was 80F.) The high is supposed to reach 85F outside today. It is 82F at 2 pm.
