A mountain of cauliflowers …..

Well. Okay, so maybe I have gone a bit OTT with that , but I kid you not ….there are about a dozen little cauliflower shoots that have come through overnight. I am so pleased. Obviously nothing is guaranteed, they may not grow, but I’m hopeful that at least some of them will be okay and strong enough to survive …. I admit. I am getting quite excited by it all now. I’m looking forward to eating home grown veggies.

Pretty would help you eat the cauliflower when it's old enough to harvest. You should have planted some broccoli, too.

@DaddyEvil. There wasn’t any broccoli ….we do love that though , so, I would have grown some. Actually, I hadn’t realised till you just mentioned the broccoli , that there wasn’t any ….i wonder why ?

I don't like planting seeds because so many come up and I'm hopeless at thinning out seedlings. But that's good for you to have such a good germination.
