Hey there, everyone. I’ve been meaning to post another Gratitude Challenge, but between work, outside plans, and the unbearable heat, I just never got around to it. Sooo, here I am! :)
1. Donnie Wahlberg tweeted with us (fans) during Boston Blue last Friday, and I got a few group tweets and a solo tweet. I meant to post this earlier, so yeah, I’m a week late haha. Also, the episode itself was so good.
2. I went to the gym with my sister twice last week. It was so nice to get active and even burn off some anxiety. We may not have time to go next week, but we’ll see what happens.
3. I finished Tim Curry’s audiobook and started Stephen King’s “Carrie” (audiobook). I’ve finished the intro and two chapters so far, and I’m really enjoying it.
4. I had a lot of fun with my friends (my niece and “The Coffee Shop Crew,” as I’ll call them, since one is another regular and two work there with my niece). We went to Yahtzee Night on Monday (and I got the restaurant’s yummy crab pretzel), and sat around chatting for a while after. Last night, a few of us played pool before Trivia Night. I love their vibes, and we’re always laughing.
5. Despite the a/c being broken this week, I’m grateful for the time I spend at the coffee shop. Once again, I enjoy the vibes, and just getting into my zone.
6. Work (freelance writing) has been going well for the most part. They accidentally sent payments early yesterday, plus the usual Monday and Thursday payments, so that was actually convenient for me lmao.
7. The temperature dropped, so I can enjoy the spring/fall-like weather for a while.
Wow, what a list lol. I hope you all have even one thing, no matter how big or small, to be grateful for today. I’m going to wrap this up. As always, you all stay safe and take care. :)

@MommyOfEli2013 Just remember, there's nothing too small to add to your list. Beautiful weather? Great! A good cup of coffee? Even better!

i wish you accidentally get another payment early like this one. i was thankful for surviving the day. i felt boring and restless at the same time. i am not a fan of the summer; makes me very gloomy sometimes.

@valherma00 You're welcome. And same here in the USA. The first day of summer if June 21st, but it's going to be in the upper 90s today.

How's Boston Blue compared to Blue Bloods?

@allen0187 You don't technically NEED to, but it might be helpful.
When I first got into Blue Bloods, they were starting season 7, so I read the episode guides to find out what happened. That way, I could watch at my own pace but start S7 with everyone else lol.
Both shows are good, though. I don't do a lot of cop/crime shows; some of them are too violent for me. But both Blue Bloods and Boston Blue are mild compared to others. I can sometimes watch Law & Order, but that depends on the episode, and I can usually handle "Without A Trace," which isn't even on anymore lol
Most of my favorite shows are sitcoms, though, haha. I'd love to see Donnie do a sitcom one day. Joey McIntyre (from NKOTB) did, and another cast member was Laurie Metcalf (Jackie from Roseanne). It was called "The McCarthys," but I've never seen it, and it's not on streaming anywhere.
