The brain ages faster when life becomes effortless. We need to continue to have daily physical routines such as stirring soup, writing notes, watering plants, opening jars, or folding laundry. The brains remains sharp because movement is connected to hand movement. Just by doing easy tasks like this around the house keeps your brain healthy. It stimulates massive areas of the brain connected to awareness, coordination and memory. Don't let modern conveniences slow you down.

Yes, this is very true, we need to keep active to maintain a young and active brain. As the ancient Romans said "mens sana in corpore sano" ("a healthy mind in a healthy body").
