The brain ages faster when life becomes effortless. We need to continue to have daily physical routines such as stirring soup, writing notes, watering plants, opening jars, or folding laundry. The brains remains sharp because movement is connected to hand movement. Just by doing easy tasks like this around the house keeps your brain healthy. It stimulates massive areas of the brain connected to awareness, coordination and memory. Don't let modern conveniences slow you down.

I also keep my brain sharp by watching the Game Show Network and answering the trivia questions.
