Yesterday was a Saturday...Cleaned the house, went to the market, handled a few online gigs, then headed to work. ..Got there a bit late but the day went smoothly...slow sales though. We got an early close notice though—some serious weather change expected, with strong winds coming.. whoever cooked that thing up.. anyway everyone was told to be home before 10 PM, so I made sure I got back in time, prepped dinner and rested. Today is my sister's birthday! I called to wish her a happy birthday, she's in church so she couldn't pick up. I'm heading to my mom's place for a double celebration—her birthday plus something my stepdad has planned. No work today, just family time. Feeling grateful...
