Clinton Volunteer Fire Department firefighters answered an emergency call on Saturday morning when an auto crash occurred that trapped a person whose name and gender were not released to the public needed to be rescued. The Clinton Volunteer Fire Department firefighters used hydraulic extraction equipment to remove the individual from the auto safely. An ambulance took three individuals that were involved in the auto accident that happened near the Clinton Township outlet to a local hospital to be evaluated for the injuries in the auto accident. They have given the name 'jaws of life' to that extraction equipment. It's a good term for it.

That sounds like a full scale rescue operation, and it was good that all of the car's occupants were gotten out, and taken to hospital for assessment.
